Welcoming table (making people feel valued and welcomed) Meal preparation (make ahead so can be reheated on the night) Dinner preparation on the night (reheat or cook meals) Cooking BBQs Setup of tables for dinner (moving tables and chairs and lay out plates, cups, cutlery etc while bible time is happening) Supplying salads or dessserts Providing baked goods and fruit for afternoon tea Bake a birthday cake (to celebrate with the newest members of our church family) Pack up and cleaning (not fun, but the more we have the quicker it is...) Disinfect all areas at the end of evening (Covid...uggghhh!) Prayer Warriors
